Zine Making Workshop!
2 to 4PM Thursday 17 January
With Ripples in the Open artists Gracia Haby and Louise Jennison
Collage across the spread of your very own stitched zine. Bring along any printed and photocopied snippets, images, and text collected from your surroundings, and in the workshop you will cut and glue them into place to create your own artwork.
In addition, you will learn to fold and stitch a simple zine structure. Paper, glue, thread, and equipment are all provided, however please bring along anything you’d like to include in your collage be they magazine cuttings, photocopies of things that interest you, original drawings. The world is your oyster; the paper is your universe!

Guzman y Gomez are opening our new healthy Mexican restaurant in Eastland Shopping Centre on 29th November and we would like to invite all your students and their families to our FREE BURRITO DAY from 12pm – 7pm. All they have to do is line up and order your fresh GYG burrito made to order, there are no catches!!
A number of us who work at GYG grew up in this area and still live there so we’re keen to make sure everyone knows about the FREE BURRITOS for dinner that day and we would love you to help us support this local business located at Shop 2052 Eastland Shopping Centre.

On behalf of 400 Gradi Eastland, we’d like to thank the community of Ringwood Secondary College for the year that was.

Government Vaccine Program
The government has made the Hep A, Hep B, HPV vaccine (Gardasil vaccine) and Meningococcal ACWY available for free for men who have sex with men (MSM) up until 31 Dec 2018 in Victoria.
The youth that you’re most likely to come in contact with is up to 26 years and if they do fall in the above category, they are eligible for free vaccines!
They can come to any of our Public Immunisation sessions to receive the vaccines (attached 2018 and 2019 program). I will have to know about the Hep A vaccine order at least 2 days prior to the public session though.
The kids at school have most likely received the HPV vaccine and the Men ACWY from 2016 onwards.
