The P&F Fete Committee will have their final meeting on Thursday evening. During this meeting the weather forecast will be reviewed and any appropriate actions discussed.
Any decisions/changes regarding the FETE due to the weather will be notified via COMPASS before Saturday.

Fete Raffle Tickets
Do you still have unsold raffle tickets? If you are not planning to sell these before the fete, please return these as soon as possible, so they are available for us to sell on the day. Raffle will be drawn 1:30pm this Saturday.
Pre-Ordered Ride Passes
Please note that pre-ordered ride passes will be sent home with students on Friday.
If you wish to collect your ride passes from the school office on Friday, you must contact us via email at info@sjbdow.catholic.edu by Thursday 19 September.
These will be available for collection from 1pm -3.30pm on Friday 20 September
Ride passes and single tickets are also for sale on Fete day.
Fete Pre-Order Showbags
Parents who are wanting to collect their pre-ordered showbags are able to on Thursday 19 September between 2.30pm-6pm from the school hall.
Showbags are also for sale on Fete day.
Fete Cake Stall
Yesterday students were given cake boxes for our yummy cake stall. If you did not receive this, please contact the school office.
No Parking in the Park
Council have declined our application to use the park across the road from the church for car parking on the fete day.
Please do not use this location for parking, and be sure to let your friends and family know too!
We are expecting parking officers to visit this area on the day, and therefore parking there may incur a fine!

80's TRINGO Night - CHANGE OF DATE

Who's ready for our annual trivia night?
This year we have mixed it a little bit with the Fete being the main focus of fundraising for the year.
This year we are just going to have FUN!!
So gather friends and family, buy a table, brush up on your 80's trivia, get yourself a gnarly outfit and let's have a totally radical time.
There will still be prizes and great games to get involved in so don't forget your gold coins!
There will be a prize for best dressed so look your 80's best (and don't forget to dress your table to).
We look forward to seeing you all there again this year. But hurry seats will fill fast!
