Year 10 Art

Congratulations to Year 10 Traditional Art students who have produced a variety of excellent artworks this semester. 

Student explored Indigenous Art, Portraiture and Printmaking. Students experimented with a variety of media and materials such as charcoal, water colour, acrylic paint and ink. Students sought inspiration and developed techniques from first nations culture and artists such as artist Vernon Ah Kee and David Gulpilil.  

Moving forward in time, they examined artworks of Dutch masters and the Post Impressionists. The students also sought inspiration from their own individual cultural background to produce traditional designs for their Lino Prints.
