ANDERS, Marie Bernadette 

Passed away peacefully at RHH surrounded by her family on the 13 July 2023. Loving Daughter of Alfred and Mary Monaghan ( both dec) sister of Frances, Margaret (dec) and Paul (dec). Loving wife of Geoffrey and mother of Craig and Melissa, Kevin (SVC Staff 2017- ) and Belinda, Leeann and Pete, Katrina and Brian. Devoted grandmother, great grandmother and auntie to her family. 

 

BUTTON, Robert Ernest

28.09.1949 - 09.07.2023

Passed away suddenly but peacefully on 7 July 2023. Loved and loving husband of Donna for 50 years. Much loved father of Melissa, Matthew (SVC 1988-93) and Christopher (SVC 1993-96). Beloved Grandad of all his grandchildren.

 

DIXON, Peter Frederick (SVC 1953-62)

13.4.1945 - 29.6.2023

Died peacefully at the Royal Hobart Hospital surrounded by his family. Son of the late Frederick and Audrey Dixon, brother of Ann and Joan (both dec). Loved husband of Patricia. Proud and loving father and father-in-law of Patrick (svc 1992-94) and Victoria; Mark (svc 1992-94) and Courtney; and Philippa. Adored Poppy of Florence and Arthur.

 

EVANS, William 'Bill' John (SVC 1966-69)

14.11.1953 – 3.7.2023

Passed away peacefully. Always ready with a tune and a joke. Bill will be missed by all who knew him and loved him.

 

GLASS, Alan James

Passed away suddenly at the RHH. Loving partner of Annie. Much loved father of Dannielle, Adam (SVC 1989-94), Kelly and Matthew (SVC 1995-98). Sadly missed by Jethro, Jin-Hee, Alina, Anna and Laura. Beloved grandfather of all his grandchildren.

 

HOUSTON, Trevor Hampden  

23.03.1948 - 05.07.2023

Passed away peacefully 5 July 2023, surrounded by his loving family. Treasured husband of Faye and beloved father of Adam (SVC 1992-95), Gareth (SVC 1994-97) and Martin SVC 1997-2000), and father-in-law of Petra, Suze, and Gemma. Poppy to Xavier, Samuel, Riley, Monro, and Felix.

 

LANZLINGER, Robert Peter (SVC 1982-86)

30.05.1969 - 18.06.2023

Passed away suddenly but comfortably at home. Loved and loving father of Jess, Jyden, Bianca and Luke. Unique brother and brother-in-law of Krista and Chris. Loved son of Peter (SVC 1956-64) and Pat (both dec).

 

MACKEY, Patrick 'Pat' Anthony (SVC 1946-540)

30.08.1937 – 17.07.2023

Pat passed away peacefully at the Mersey Community Hospital Latrobe, after a long illness, aged 85 Years. Dearly loved husband of Margaret for 60 years, loving father of Mitchell, Damian, Jacinta, and Greg. 

 

PYBUS, Sandra Elaine 

21.12.1943 – 21.06.2023

Much loved daughter of Horace (Hock) and Valery (Poppy), niece of Anne (Joy) and Keith Newton (all dec.) and beloved sister of Wendy Knowles. Dearly cherished wife of Alan 'Keith/Joe' Pybus (SVC 1954-57), mother of Louise, Angela and Jess, and adored grandmother of Lailani and Malaki (Turtle).

 

SPROTT (NÉE GILLON), Margaret Rose 

19.04.1942 - 06.07.2023

Passed away peacefully the way she lived her life, holding the hand of her beloved Ian. Loved and loving wife of Ian, mother of Rosemary, Angus (SVC 1978-86), Jonathon, Emily and Lucy. Adoring and adored Nanny to Will, Fynn, Zali, Scarlett, George, Ronan, Sophie and Charlotte. Loved mother in law of Catherine, Adam and Trent.

 

RICKWOOD, Cynthia

24.07.1928 - 09.07.2023

Dearly loved wife of Bill Rickwood (dec). Mother and mother-in-law of Philip (SVC 1968-73), Jane and Hans, John (SVC 1981-86) and Donna, Tony (SVC 1982-87) and Kerry.

Loved Gran and great Gran of Sarah, Christopher, Oscar, William, Isabelle, Samantha, Matthew, Luke, Esben, Arlo, Lula and Freya. 

 

WOLFE, Roger Henry

In loving memory of Roger, beloved husband of Laurie (SVC Staff 1976-2003 & 2014- ).Loving father of Robert (SVC 1992-95) and David (SVC 1996-99) and father-in-law of Jeni. Caring and bemused grandpa of Ronin, Mikayla, Harry and Raleigh. Loved younger brother of Sylvia and Peggy. Much loved brother-in-law of Kathy and Pat Page, and Dennis Nicholson (SVC 1958-67 (dec). Uncle of Patrick Page (svc 1995-98).
