Year 2

This term in CBL our whole school 'Big Idea' is Peace and Justice. 

In Year 2, we’re learning abut how understanding cultural differences can help us live peacefully.

Year 4

We are LOVING Grade 4 so far this year! Our students have been busy bees working through lots of excellent learning activities. In Literacy, we have been exploring Narratives, writing fun and captivating stories, looking at using the correct structure including elements of a Narrative. In Maths, we have been exploring Place Value and using numeral expanders to partition our numbers to Tens of Thousands, and even trying to beat the teacher in a game of Mastermind! 

Looking at our new CBL topic, Peace and Justice, students have been exploring our school values and the diversity of the year level. Looking ahead a few weeks, students will be using their iPads to create advertisements of the school, promoting our four values and trying to promote a peaceful community for all of our Ringwood North Primary School Families. Students have started ‘Friendology’, every Wednesday after lunch, where we are in the process of identifying positive relationships and acknowledging things we love most about ourselves… We are so proud and grateful to be working with such a lovely and AMAZING bunch of students this year.
