Committed, engaged

and passionate

It feels very strange to be writing an end of term message in the newsletter, considering we have not seen each other face to face since the end of last term!  In these most unusual of circumstances, it has been inspiring to see how well our students, staff, parents and wider school community have worked together to ensure that teaching and learning can take place, despite the many challenges that we have faced. The way in which students have adapted to and continued with online learning has been remarkable.  Well done to you all on your efforts this term.

Year 11

To our Year 11 students, congratulations on finishing your Preliminary courses. Your performance in your online examinations highlights your fantastic work ethic, dedication and resilience.  These traits will serve you well as you complete your HSC. You have shown that you have what it takes to be successful and it is with great excitement that we move on to Year 12 next term.

Year 8

To Year 8, thank you for the way in which you committed to your learning with such patience and good humour.  It is always uplifting to join your classes and Connect meetings to see the way in which you interact with and support each other and your teachers. You have made the best of a difficult situation and are developing skills that will serve you well when you return to school.

Thank you

I would like to acknowledge the hard work of our wonderful year advisers, Mr Dunn and Ms Miletic (Year 11) and Ms Cupac and Mr Wilcox (Year 8) and also Mr King and the Learning Support team for supporting our students so tirelessly through this term.
