Performing Arts

5/6 Production

Oh Dang!!!!  Lockdown extended! The production and concert will be moved to Week 4 of Term 4. The dates are Monday 25 and Tuesday 26 October. As for parents being allowed to attend to watch the performance, that is something Sue, Jake and myself are working through, using the Department of Education guidelines because we can only work with our current guidelines and these are open to updates regularly. We will let you know, as to whether parents can attend or not as soon as we know. All three of us are working on a back up plan should parents be not allowed to attend the performances. 

Students still need to have their lines and actions from memory as well as knowing who says the line before them. I'm also currently working out understudies and who can play what role should someone be sick.

For the normal music classroom assignments/seesaw lessons, we are having a break from concert and production practise until the last week of this term. Then the students MUST practise so they are ready to rehearse as a class, when we are back at school term four.
