Carnival at Kybram

School Sports Victoria – Campaspe Netball Carnival

On Wednesday 18th August, four talented Rochester Secondary School netball teams finally got to travel to Kyabram to compete in School Sports Victoria – Campaspe Netball Carnival.

Rochester Secondary School teams were:

Year 7 – Sophie Joyce, Maddie Howard, Indi Hunter, Remy Cowan, Chance Powles, Matilda Anderson, Marli Cottam, Kaylah Moon, Kasey Stone, Paige Simmie

Year 8 - Payton Tiller, Amy Pascoe, Miranda Crawford, Justice Powles, Letisha Mountjoy. Chelsea Read, Indy Bruton, Bailey Town, Abbey Ryan

Year 9/10 – Monica Ingram, Abby Clarke, Matisse Martin, Brooklyn Sparkes, Jasmin Moroney, Charlie Langdon, Mackenzie Edwards, Jayde Ballinger, Giselle Crawford, Shara Edwards, Miya McDougal

Year 11/12 - Emily Jones, Steph Moon, Charlee Roulston, Teal Hocking, Ella Kerlin, Elle Palmer, Tanzin Myers, Corrie Seabrook, Melanie McNair, Tegan Williams

All teams performed extremely well against much larger schools and our Year 7 team and Year 11/12 team were victorious in their sections to now represent Campaspe in the Loddon Mallee Secondary Netball Region Finals in Bendigo on Wednesday 25th August, 2021. Our Year 8 and Year 9/10 teams both finished 3rd.
