Dear SPICE Families,

Whilst we have all been in lockdown we have been conscious of keeping you informed of the transition to school for some of your children in 2022. We are excited to welcome our new Foundation children into the St Raphael's school community and want to commence the first steps of transition with an online information session on Wednesday 15th September from 5 pm to 6 pm.

This session will provide parents with information on preparing their children for school. Children will engage in some fun activities and will be given the opportunity to meet their Year 6 'buddies' who have been allocated to look after 2022 Foundation children in their transition to school. This is a lovely connection for each child to have when they commence school. Please find the link below:

Spring Into Playgroup!

Play is such a vital necessity in the life of a child (and some argue adults too!). Playgroup Victoria offer a number of online workshops if in case you are stuck for ideas as to how you can create play opportunities for your child. 

September is Nature Play month. We invite you to click on the link to get inspired by play in the great outdoors.

Term 3 Ends

Whilst our playgroup did not get the opportunity to meet this term, we look to next term with positivity and hope. We can't wait to welcome our children and parents  back onsite for Playgroup, before some of the children head off to big school.
