How do you feel about Home Learning 2.0?
I am happy that I can be with my family every day (and my Mum makes me a nice lunch!), although I’d rather be at school. I am still a little bit nervous about going back into home learning.
What was your highlight about Home Learning 1.0?
A highlight of home learning 1.0 would be spending time with my new cat that we got at the start of lockdown 1.0. Also, I enjoyed the google meets because I got to see my friends and my teacher.
What is something you would change?
I would like to be at school in our normal classes rather than being at home!
What’s your favourite activity to do in isolation?
I like calling my friends and watching some of my favourite TV shows like Masterchef!

How do you feel about Home Learning 2.0?
I feel much more confident than I was at the start of home learning 1.0 since I know what I have to do and I'm much more comfortable in what we are going to do this term.
What was your highlight about Home Learning 1.0?
A highlight of home learning 1.0 was that I got to experience a different type of learning and it gave me the experience I need to do it this time round.
What is something you would change?
If I could change something about what is happening to us right now I wouldn't because we are going through something that we can't change and what we have to do is for the best.
What’s your favourite activity to do in isolation?
I like doing F45 workouts with my parents and playing Fortnite with Tayla.

How do you feel about Home Learning 2.0?
I feel very excited about home learning 2.0. It’s an opportunity to experience a new way of learning even though I have already had home learning. I want to change some things and try learning in a bit of a different way. I really want to go back to school but I understand that we have home learning due to the Coronavirus. However, I will always be ready for another lockdown and for home learning, and I won’t struggle. Also home learning makes me more independent because I don’t have someone by my side to answer my questions or help me with my problems.
What was your highlight about Home Learning 1.0?
It was cool trying a new way of learning and a bit difficult because it’s not like learning at school where the teacher explains everything. Instead you have to figure out everything yourself. Also I got to learn how to manage my time better. I had more freedom which means I could have a break or a snack whenever I wanted. It was quite hard being without my friends because it was lonely, but I got used to it. I got to spend much more time with my family which was really cool.
What is something you would change?
I would like to change the difficulty of the maths because for me it’s too easy. Also I want to be able to contact my friends more and learn how to manage my time so I can get some free time.
What’s your favourite activity to do in isolation?
My favourite things to do while in isolation are to bake different food, play games with my family, go outside to the park and watch films.
