Wellbeing Fundamentals for Success

A recent article about a new course at Notre Dame and School of Health Sciences Senior Lecturer, Ben Piggott, recently caught my eye. I taught with Ben at the College (2001 – 2005) in the Health and Physical Education Learning Area and  was delighted to read that he was a driving force behind the introduction of the unit “Wellbeing Fundamentals for Success” at the university.  This program that helps university students develop skills to improve and manage their wellbeing, something that would prove very useful under the current climate. What a fantastic initiative.
