VACCINATION DAY -  THURSDAY September 3,  2020

It’s vaccination time again. On Thursday 3rd September we will be conducting the Second dose of vaccinations for year 7 Students. We will also be able to catch up on any vaccinations that have been missed.

Year 7 and 8 students should already have completed the necessary forms when they had the first dose of the vaccination which covers the second dose.  

For the Year 10 students who missed the Menigococccal vaccination, a new form will be given to the boarding students before they depart for leave weekend and parents contacted to let them know it has been given to their children. Day students will be given the form to take home.  

Please be sure to return these forms as soon as possible. The original form has to be completed as there is a distinct code attached to each form for the particular student and goes on their government vaccination records as that code. We can not accept scanned or faxed forms.

The Vaccination will be held in Room 108 and will begin at 9.30am until 1pm.

Children are to wear Formal School uniform on the day and there will be buses to transport students from William Cowper Campus to the Brisbane St Campus and then returned.
