From Community Hub

Hello families and welcome back to Term 3,

What a start to the term it has been!

During the lockdown, Community Hub families received resources for simple, fun and educational activities to do with children, including stress management techniques, art and craft activities and messy play recipes.  As restrictions stay in place, families will continue to be supported through Playgroup packs and online English classes.

An exciting program will be starting this term as a collaboration between St Brigid's School Community Hub and Relationships Australia South Australia.  The Circle of Security program!  This is a free program available to anyone caring for children, with purposeful topics including managing difficult behaviours and effective communication with children.  Have a look at the flyer for more information!

Please also keep in mind that the ABS Census is coming up on the 10th of August.  This is a compulsory survey that every Australian household will need to complete.  The Community Hub has information and services to support you in completing the census so please reach out if needed.

We are very excited about connecting with you this term through a range of programs. The hub's doors are always open so feel free to drop in to say hello or for some coffee and tea!
