For 'Old Fashioned Day' the Preps drew their own portraits.

Prep students had an old fashioned dress-up day to support their Unit of Inquiry ‘ Where We Are In Place and Time’ recently. The  Girls came dressed in  long skirts, petticoats, blouses, aprons, bonnets and the like, and boys wore trousers, braces, a shirt, vest, tie and hat!  Everyone looked absolutely amazing !!

The children experienced what it was like to go to school in the olden days by playing old fashioned games. Games such as marbles, knuckles/jacks, elastics, snakes and ladders, quoits, skipping ropes, yo-yos and board games can be brought in from home to play at school.

Whilst in their Art lesson on the day, the students drew their own portraits. We were all so proud of their portraits.
