Primary Art News
Last week there was great excitement in the Primary Art room as students got to see their glazed ceramic work come out of the kiln. We now have shiny dragons, figurines, ladybirds, mice, clay bowls, looms and bird baths. Much of this work will be on display at the annual Carwatha College P-12 Art and Technology show on Monday October 30th in the MPC (Multi Purpose Centre) from 3.30 – 7pm, with awards being presented at 6pm. There will also be a range of drawings, paintings, wire sculptures and collages on display. Each primary student has at least one piece of artwork on display. I encourage you to come along and view the amazing work that has been produced throughout the year. As it is a P12 event, there will also be a great display of art and technology works from the high school.
