Year 12 Important Information

Unit 3.4 Classes conclude on Tuesday 24th October. All year 12 students will be required by the end of this day to empty their locker and take all of their possessions home. On Wednesday 25th October year 12 students will be invited to their final farewell assembly. At the conclusion of this assembly there will be a parent, staff and student morning tea. Students will be dismissed at the conclusion of the morning tea celebrations.

 

Unit 3.4 End of Year VCAA Examinations

On Wednesday 1st of November the 2017 VCAA Unit 3.4 Examinations will commence. All students sitting a Unit 3.4 examination have been provided with their end of year examination timetable along with the VCAA Navigator. This explains the VCAA rules and guidelines for the conduct of all end of year exams.

 

All year 11 and 12 students that are sitting end of year examinations should be completing their revision work by:

  • Revising notes
  • Completing past paper examinations
  • Writing practice essays
  • Using EDROLO exams and quizzes

to assist in their examination preparation.

 

Year 10 and 11 Important Information

Year 10 and 11 students will shortly commence their Unit 2 and End of Year VCAA Unit 3.4 External Examinations. Year 11 students are expected to attend school during their revision time and attend all Unit 2 classes. Students are only approved absences on the day of their Unit 3.4 Exam. Once the Unit 3.4 classes conclude students will be provided with a study space in the V3 Centre to prepare for examinations during this time. A full timetable of Unit 3.4 and Unit 2 examinations is below.

 

Unit 2 classes for Year 10 and 11 students will conclude on Friday 10th November. On Monday 13th November to Friday 17th November students will complete their Unit 2 exams. Students must attend in full and correct college uniform for their set examination time only.

 

Carwatha College P-12 will be running an orientation for 2018 week from Monday November 20th – Friday November 24th. Attendance at this orientation timetable is compulsory for all V3 students.
