YEAR 10 IMMUNISATIONS

Thursday 12 March

The Yarra Ranges Council immunisation team will be visiting the school to offer free Boostrix (adolescent diphtheria, tetanus and whopping cough) vaccination to all students in Year 10.

Consent cards and information packs for parents were distributed to all students earlier this week.

Consent cards must be returned to the Middle School Office as soon as possible, signed by a parent/guardian whether your child is receiving the vaccine or not.

EVENING

On Wednesday 18 March, an Information Evening will be held in the School Hall at 6.30 pm, for parents/guardians and students.

Detailed information will be discussed and distributed, including travel insurance.

Monday 20 April - Tuesday 28 April

Camps 3 & 4 

Wednesday 22 April - Thursday 30 April

The final payment of $500.00 is to be paid to the General Office by Friday 20 March. 

The confidential medical form and camp photo forms must be returned with the final payment in an envelope marked with student name, form group and Year 10 Central Australia Camp to the General Office by Friday 20 March.

YEAR 9 CAMP

Sunday 3 May to Friday 8 May

The final payment of $220 is to be paid to the General Office by Friday 20 March.

The  confidential medical indemnity form must be returned to the Middle School Coordinators Office by Friday 20 March. 

Students will receive the itinerary and information sheet prior to the camp with their allocated bus number and all of the relevant departure times and contact details whilst on camp.

Year 10 Coordinators
