Australian Economics and Business Studies Competitions

Moama Anglican Grammar student Matthew James (Year 12) has recently been awarded a High Distinction in the Australian Business Studies Competition, placing him in the top five percent of students in Australia. Another top performer in recent academic competitions was Mitchell Stephens (Year 11) who achieved a Distinction in the Australian Economics Competition, placing him in the top twenty percent of Economics students in Australia. We congratulate these students on their stand out achievements and thank all those students who participated in these competitions.

CIS Athletic State Championships

Congratulations to Ethan Furness, Andrew Martin, Jonathan Martin, Angus McKindlay, Mason Briscoe, Maya Kadri, Laura Kadri, Emelia Varcoe, Olivia Taranto, Poppy Palmer, Chelsea Pellegrino, Darcy Nelson, Cleo Oberin and Leyton Shenfield who represented the RAS team at the CIS Athletic State Championships in Sydney yesterday. A special mention goes out to Poppy Palmer who placed third in 80m Hurdles, Javelin and Shot Put.

Regional Sporting Finals this weekend.

We have many students competing in football and netball finals this weekend.  We wish them best of luck whether they win, lose or draw!
