Banana Split 

 
Serves: 4

Bananas peeled and cut lengthways4Units     
Natural Yoghurt (add a little honey if you prefer something sweeter)320 Grams  Dairy Coconut yoghurt  
Blueberries washed  ½ Punnet     
Raspberries washed  ½ Punnet     
Strawberries washed, trimmed and cut  into quarters. ½ Punnet    
Granola for garnish  100Grams  Gluten, nutsGluten free/nut free granola.  
Toasted flaked coconut for garnish  10Grams    
Toasted desiccated coconut for garnish  10Grams    
      

Procedure

 
 
Step 1: Arrange the cut bananas onto four plates sliced side up. 
Step 2: Top with approximately 80 grams of yoghurt onto each. 
Step 3: Evenly arrange the berries on top and garnish with granola, toasted flaked and desiccated coconut.
