Natural Yoghurt (add a little honey if you prefer something sweeter) | 320 | Grams | Dairy | Coconut yoghurt | |
Blueberries washed | ½ | Punnet | |||
Raspberries washed | ½ | Punnet | |||
Strawberries washed, trimmed and cut into quarters. | ½ | Punnet | |||
Granola for garnish | 100 | Grams | Gluten, nuts | Gluten free/nut free granola. | |
Toasted flaked coconut for garnish | 10 | Grams | |||
Toasted desiccated coconut for garnish | 10 | Grams | |||
Procedure | |||||
Step 1: Arrange the cut bananas onto four plates sliced side up. | |||||
Step 2: Top with approximately 80 grams of yoghurt onto each. | |||||
Step 3: Evenly arrange the berries on top and garnish with granola, toasted flaked and desiccated coconut. |
