| Raspberries washed | ½ | Punnet | |||
| Strawberries washed, trimmed and cut into quarters. | ½ | Punnet | |||
| Granola for garnish | 100 | Grams | Gluten, nuts | Gluten free/nut free granola. | |
| Toasted flaked coconut for garnish | 10 | Grams | |||
| Toasted desiccated coconut for garnish | 10 | Grams | |||
| Procedure | |||||
| Step 1: Arrange the cut bananas onto four plates sliced side up. | |||||
| Step 2: Top with approximately 80 grams of yoghurt onto each. | |||||
| Step 3: Evenly arrange the berries on top and garnish with granola, toasted flaked and desiccated coconut. | |||||
