                          Grade 5/6 News

Over the last fortnight, the Grade 5 and 6 students have worked on comprehension strategies to analyse information, integrating and linking ideas from various print and digital sources, punctuation in their writing, and Procedure writing. For example: How to Change a Bike Tyre, in Maths - Pattern and algebra and in RE, how can Lent transform our lives. Art - Gr 5 / 6 Learning About Identity

 

On Monday, 27th March, the Gr 5 /6 had a ball (pun intended)  learning new or improving their skills when playing soccer with coach Michael. They learnt how to dribble the ball, using the side of their foot, towards another player, control it towards the goals, shoot a goal, and stop it by placing their foot on top.
