Final Week of Term One

Next week is the final week of Term One.  Please note these reminders:

  • Year 5 and 6 will be on camp in the Grampians on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
  • Prep/Year 1 and Year 4 will have P.E lessons on Monday (from Wednesday).
  • The College Easter Service will be on Wednesday at 2.00 pm in St Andrew’s Church. All students are to wear blazers and ties. Parents are welcome to attend. The Year 3 and 4 students will be performing. 
  • Term One concludes Thursday 6 April with an early 2.15 pm finish. 
  • There will be no After School Care on the final day of term. 

 

Star Students for Week 9

Prep: Ted Bufton for always listening attentively and completing all instructions in the classroom.

Prep:  Alice Milne for always playing kindly with everyone.

Year 1:  Harry Broeren for helping his classmates work through some tricky place value tasks in maths.

Year 2:  Eloise Bufton for always displaying a positive attitude to school and having a go at all tasks even with the extra challenge of having a broken arm.

Year 2: Daisy Tigges - LOTE Award

Year 3: Anika Nelson for never hesitating to ask questions to further her learning.

Year 3:  Sonny Shepherd for his sportsmanship during our last game of Friday night basketball for the season.

Year 4:  Adelaide Farquharson for the creativeness she puts into her poetry writing.

Year 4: Hugo Cameron - LOTE Award

Year 4 Pen Licences: Archie Barber, Hugo Cameron, Angus Reid, Arya Bourchier, Adelaide Farquharson, Ed Whinney and Scarlett Hawker.

Year 5:  Evie Templeton for volunteering a generous amount of time to assist teachers to run the discus events at the HDSA Athletics carnival.

Year 5: Hugo Toma for his outstanding efforts in House sports, representing Young House on Friday afternoons.

Year 6: Hannah Young for her positive attitude to learning and maintaining great focus in class.

Year 6: Tahni Brown for her positive attitude to learning and a great start to Year 6 at a new school.
