Assistant Principal 

This has been a busy fortnight for our senior school students.

Our current year 10 students were warmly welcomed into Senior School with an information assembly followed by an extensive four-day Senior Orientation Program where they were able to participate in their year 11 2023 learning program. During the week students were provided with a head start to their VCE/ Vocational Major, completing introductory activities and gaining an insight in their chosen subjects for next year and obtaining the required preparatory work.  Students are required to read their English text books before the return to school next year.  Completion of these tasks helps build successful foundations for those School based assessment tasks students will be completing early in the year.

Semester two reports are currently being completed and will be available for families to view on Compass from December 15th.

I hope that all students and their families have a happy and safe Christmas holiday break and take some time out to relax and enjoy the sunshine over the holidays.  A huge thank you to Ms. Carmody and the members of the senior school team, Simon Hill, Zaklina Zdraveska, Christine Sakellaris, Amanda Cartisano and Mario Ladnjak for all of their support and guidance for our remarkable students in years 11 and 12 this year.  I would like to also acknowledge the wonderful work of Krystal Bussell and Jackie Cujic for their ongoing support to our senior students throughout the year. Their work has ensured smooth transition into future study and work opportunities for our students.
