Whimsical Windows

During the two weeks of the BE Program, local artists including Beaumaris Secondary’s Year 11 Studio Art class, were asked to paint the concourse’s many store fronts. Each artist was requested to paint a Christmas themed motif that suited each businesses line of practice, such as dentistry or baking. As a student who participated, I very much enjoyed the experience of being able to assist the community in bringing holiday celebrations to Beaumaris and its surrounding areas, as well as expanding my artistic horizons by painting on windows. Callum L and I painted the Sports and Spinal Group together, as well as Ken Japanese - be sure to have a look! Thank you to Neighbourhood Watch 3193 who organised and initiated this fun project!
