Year 4 Urban Gardening

The Year 4 students have been busy in the urban garden this term. They have been planting tomatoes, basil, potatoes, corn and zucchini. The students have potted up petunias, impatiens, succulents and tomato plants. One of the compost bays has been emptied and the compost was put into our raised garden beds. Our 3 worm farms and 3 compost bins are continuing to work well.

Market Stall

Next Friday 16th December we will be having a market stall at 3.30pm. We will be selling pots of marigolds, petunias, impatiens and tomatoes for $2 each. We will also be selling parsley and mint from our vegetable garden.

Donations of home-grown produce would be greatly appreciated for the market stall. Please leave any donations in the staffroom on Friday morning.
