Interviews

Each year we build the home/school partnership through regular communication between teachers and parents. A key feature of this strategy is to conduct the ‘Tell Us About Your Child’ – Interviews. All parents can book times to meet with the teachers through Compass. These sessions are provided so that parents can tell the teacher everything they need in order to tailor the learning and the learning environment to best suit the needs of all students. It is too early for the teachers to provide an academic assessment of the students – that takes place at formal mid-year interviews and through regular, on-going chats between the teachers and parents. The Tell Us About Your Child sessions for 2AA, 3AA and 3RH will be held in a couple of weeks time. Parents will be notified shortly.
