Compass Events Risk Bank Templates

All Diocesan Schools are now expected to do all of their risk assessments on Compass Events. If you need assistance with how to complete a risk assessment or  with having an Excursion added to the Risk Bank, please do not hesitate to get in contact with Geraldine Chapman to discuss and create. Allow adequate preparation time before your actual excursion. 

Principals and Event Organisers,  please ensure that all events have been signed off in the Event Analysis & Sign off section in Resources.

Record Retention

Please ensure that all offsite documentation records have been filed into your School Data Retention Compliance Folder in case retrieval is required at a later date. We will be moving to electronic retrieval from Term 3 2023.
