The St Joseph’s students have gotten off to a fabulous start this term in Physical Education.

We have had a focus on futsal sessions where the children have thoroughly enjoyed learning kicking and dribbling skills as well as expanding their knowledge regarding the difference between futsal and soccer!!

I have learned a lot myself!

A lot of students expressed their interest in learning futsal outside of school, so I have included some information below for those who are keen to take their skills further!

Anthony was our coach and was fantastic with engaging and liaising with the students!

We are heading into Week 3 of our four-week basketball clinic, where Ben from Camberwell Dragons Basketball Association has been teaching the children many games and skills to encourage an interest and passion for basketball! 

The students have eagerly embraced each lesson and have been motivated to get involved and participate as much as possible.

We will be finishing off the term with some team building games, tennis and Footy Colours Day on the last day of term, just in time for the footy finals!!
