Lindfield Art Show & Fair Cocktail Party Night - Tickets close Tuesday!

We are only one week away from the Cocktail Party night on Friday 1st September from 7pm-11pm at the school. Tickets available to purchase via TryBooking 

Ticket sales will close TUESDAY 29TH AUGUST.  Our school hall will be transformed into a wonderfully vibrant pop-up style gallery with artworks from more than 100 established and emerging artists displaying their works. The artworks range in size, format and price - all available to purchase.  Come mingle with old and new friends, mingle with teachers, meet the artists, and enjoy the live music on the night from Over & Out.  Over & Out are a popular cover band who regularly perform across the North Shore and Northern Beaches. They also feature a Holy Family parent on the drums, Alejandro Gonzalez dad to Lorenzo in Year 6!

Request for donations for the Lindfield Art Show & Fair: Wine, lucky jars, and cakes  We are calling on our school community to help with donations that will be used during the  Fair as things people can purchase on the day. 

Remember you don't have to donate to each of these areas. It would be great to do all three but if you could only do one that's still much appreciated.  

Lucky Jars - Families are to create and donate a Lucky Jar. Grab a simple storage jar from Kmart or Woollies and fill it with goodies - stickers, toys, Lego, gifts, fidgets, make up, hair accessories, craft or edible treats. Can be dropped off at Drive Thru (at drop off or pickup) starting 28 August.

Wine - Donate a bottle of wine, any variety or budget, to be included in our mystery Wall of Wine raffle. Can be dropped off at Drive Thru (at drop off or pickup) starting Monday 28 August.

Cakes - our cake stall will only be a success with some delicious home bakes good to sell! Cake boxes will be sent home on Monday with cakes to be returned to school on  Friday 1st September.   Buy all your required ingredients this weekend ready for some family baking next week.  These will all be sold during the Fair day in the Kids Canteen.   

This year we are allocating a type of baked good per year group. This will help with managing variety and sorting the stall out on the day:

Kindy & Year 1: Whole cakes

Years 2 and 3: Cupcakes

Year 4: Cookies/brownies/slices etc

Years 5 & 6:  Free choice!

If you are planning to bake something with fresh cream or butter icing, please be aware that cool storage space is limited and you should try to bring it in on the day of the fair on Saturday morning, from 8.00am. 

Raffle tickets - We have many amazing prizes from our community sponsors for our raffle contest.  Our raffle will be drawn at the opening night event and tickets are available to purchase along with your gala event ticket. BUT DON'T DESPAIR - you can still be in it to win it - even if you are unable to attend the cocktail party night, you can still buy a raffle ticket for a prize via TryBooking. 

We have a range of beautiful prizes still being donated to this year's Art Show cocktail night including - beautiful freshwater pearl earrings, a kids art party, dinners, hair and beauty pampering packages, art works and more...
