Finding the YOU in Parenting

The first instalment of our Signature Parent insight series -

Tuning into You, Let’s Begin is a 4 part series live, interactive & online, and invites you to get curious, identify and better understand the hidden meaning and order behind your child’s behaviours and your reactions.

You will come away with a greater understanding of:

- The neuroscience behind behaviours

- How the past influences the present

- Your parenting triggers

- Increase your ability to respond rather than react to your child’s emotions and behaviours

- How to create more safety and strengthen your connection to your child

You will walk away with some new and innovative ideas, tools and an expanded mindset around how to begin to do a parent – child relationship that is more congruent and authentic to who you are and who you want to be as a parent, as well as support and enhance your child’s emotional and social wellbeing.

4 weekly sessions Live & Interactive Online via Zoom
