This week grade 5/6 were in the kitchen cooking up a storm! We made Focaccia, homemade Fettuccini with a broccoli sauce and a garden salad with lemon vinaigrette. Everyone got down to business cooking their designated dishes and the end result was delicious, and yes they all ate salad and broccoli. The favourite was the focaccia so I’ve included the recipe for you to try at home. All the other recipes are available in the classroom. We have a little break for a few weeks, a good time to get in the garden and sort it out before Spring.
