Parents' Association Update

The Beaumaris Secondary Parents' Association continues to be a great way to stay connected with your child's school. Despite the inability to connect properly through events over the last 18 months, our meetings this year have been well attended by both mums and dads, and we are always grateful to have either Debby Chaves or one of the leadership team attend these meetings. This provides parents with an opportunity to receive updates, ask questions and contribute to discussion regarding potential improvements to the school. At our May meeting, those who attended were lucky enough to have a sneak peek of the new building works and hear about how these new facilities will benefit our children, as they move into their senior years.

Moving forward, we hope to finally have a chance to properly welcome our Year 7 & 8 parents to our community via a social evening soon. We were all prepared to send invites out for an event next week, when the latest round of restrictions were introduced. Fingers crossed we can all connect soon.
