Toorong Marnong Koorie Big Day Out 2022 by VAEAI
Koorie Big Day Out is an opportunity for Indigenous students studying in years 10,11 & 12 to connect with Victorian Universities. VAEAI encourage families to join them online as they yarn about career pathways, the process of entering higher education and support available to students.
Alongside speakers and facilitators, there will be giveaways and surprise special guests. All to be revealed soon!

Spring into Monash: Indigenous Camp 2022 @ Monash University
New dates announced: Monday 26 - Tuesday 27 September
Due to the increase in COVID-19 cases, Monash Uni have reduced the camp to one night. It will be opened to Victorian-based students only.
The Spring Camp aims to provide Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander students from Years 10–12 with an in-depth insight into university life, while focusing on team-building, motivation, meeting new people, culture, confidence building and health and well-being.
During the camp, students have the opportunity to experience the following:
- Stories, advice and mentoring from our current students
- Cultural activities
- Speeches from community leaders and other inspiring people
- Careers and course advice
- Student support advice
- Hands-on activities
- Question and answer panel with staff and students
Please note that students must be 16 years old at the time of the camp.
