Property Update 

Yes, we still have mulch available. We are truly grateful to all the people who have come and taken away loads of it - the feedback has been really positive about how good it is!

It is good, but also, like its name, very mulchy. This was evident when we tried to move our new Bush Classroom onsite during the holidays. Our delivery man burnt out his front winch and had to tie a rear winch to a tree 25 metres away to get out.

The classroom was due to be installed behind our music room, close to power and water. It will still go there - eventually. The timing of that depends on the removal of the rest of the mulch and the drying out of the ground beneath that mulch. Also, a wooden deck will eventually be built in front of it.

The classroom - a seriously modified shipping container - has benches, hooks, ventilation and a sliding door for access. It will have power, water, and a deck soon(ish).
