TERM 3, WEEK 1 NEWSLETTER

NEW TEAM: If you haven’t attended before or afterschool care for a while, then forget everything you thought you knew. We have a new team, new rules, new games, new displays, new themes and all new activities. 

Walking into the room looks different almost every day as we upgrade, deep clean and redecorate the space. To be honest, we couldn’t be more excited. The children are loving the themed weeks and are really starting to get excited about all things TheirCare.

HOLIDAY PROGRAM: We have seen the service closed over the last 2 weeks for school holidays.  We are in the process of trying to organise our very own Holiday Program here at Maramba. 

If this is something that you would be interested in, please email Maramba@theircare.com.au expressing this interest and roughly how many days of full care you would be interested in during the holidays. If we can gain enough interest, we will be able to facilitate the program here. Holiday programs are the most fun, Incursions, excursions, cooking, science, craft, games, sports and all things fun over the school holiday period.

PROGRAMMING – next week: For our first week back at TheirCare our theme was China week. The children engaged in various activities including making paper fans, lanterns, painting pandas and cherry blossom trees. We played Chinese whispers and did a relay with chopsticks.

OUR BIRTHDAYS: a HUGE happy birthday to Charlie for last week and to Spencer, Jaxon and Alandrea who are celebrating birthdays this week.
