Junior School

Katich Moody Shield

On Thursday, the boys commenced the day with captain Sam Keys winning the toss and electing to bat. After a fantastic first innings with the bat and a grounded performance by Harrison Day, Guildford were left chasing 204 runs to win the shield. The outstanding leadership shown by vice-captain Henry Scholz and Sam Keys kept the field energetic and bowling very tight on the turf wicket to bring back the shield to Trinity.

Congratulations to our boys for the sportsmanship they displayed and for their outstanding performance resulting in another dominant win.

A big thank you to Mr Murphy for your expertise on the day and all those involved in making this day a great success.

There was certainly a lot of energy and excitement on the pool deck on Wednesday afternoon. The boat race was the culmination of the Engineering Club’s terms work. Well done to all the boys and thank you to Mr Brennan and Mr Maxfield for their mentoring of the boys. It was also great to see so many parents supporting the event, it was a lot of fun.

Food and Book Stall for Br Ollie’s Wheelchairs for Kids

After visiting Wheelchairs for Kids last term, the Year 4 students provided a range of food for this morning’s cake stall. Br Ollie attended our assembly and was delighted with today’s donation and our continued support for his Wheelchairs for Kids charity. Thank you to all the families who provided food, to Mr Brennan who organised the event, the boys who ran the stall and to all who made a purchase or donated.
