This term, our focus for genre writing has been information reports.  We have been working with Ms Pedler to build our understanding of Australian Animals.  We are learning to classify and sort animals based on their differences and similarities. 

In this activity, students were given pictures of animals and were asked to sort them into categories of their choice.  The students worked well together and involved themselves in deep discussions.  We have loved learning about Australian Animals!
