Live4Life Launch Event- Tuesday 23rd May

Our Year 8 students, as well as our Year 9 and 10 L4L crew members attended the Live4Life Launch. This was a fantastic day with awareness around rural communities and promoting positive mental health. 

 

Youth Mental Health First Aid- Parents

The Resilience Project delivers emotionally engaging programs and provides evidence-based, practical strategies to build resilience.

 

We would like to share The Resilience Project’s Parent & Career Hub with you. Here you will find a variety of information, videos and activities that outline the key pillars of resilience: Gratitude, Empathy, Mindfulness and Emotional Literacy.

 

This program is an important part of our school’s effort to look after the mental health of our community.

Youth Mental Health First Aid Course
