From the Head of Middle School

On Wednesday evening we held the Middle School Social, where 150 students enjoyed an evening of popular music and dancing. For students aged 12 to14, this is a chance to experience a unique event with their friends. These types of events are part of maturing and allowing younger students a chance to develop social skills. Our leaders were split on their vote for the theme, with six votes for “Bogan” and six votes for “Disco”. We ended up with Disco v Bogan, which was embraced by all with lots of interesting costumes. 

Thank you to our Year Eleven DJ’s Nathan and Matt, Mrs Teresa McAllister and the Hospitality students who made muffins and biscuits for supper, Mr Bryce McLean, who was the chief organiser, and all the staff who attended.
