Bon Appertit! 

The Year 10 Creating with Food class has been exploring the functional properties of food. Last week they produced eggs benedict and hassleback chicken and baked brooccli

This included poaching their eggs, toasting their muffins and making a hollandaise sauce from scratch for the eggs benedict. In the lesson that followed each prac we discussed what functional property was demonstrated with each element they produced. 

Every group was able to produce a wonderful final product and I encourage you to ask them to replicate this at home for you to enjoy!
