Freeman House News

Hi Freeman House,

Welcome back to the final term for 2022. Soon we will celebrate the achievements and farewell our year 12 students and hasn’t the tie flown by. We wish all our year 12 students’ luck with their final outcomes, exams and applications for 2023, but it is only a see you later for now as we welcome the students back to celebrate on November 23rd for their Valedictory dinner. As the term moves on, students will soon receive their subjects for 2023 and we will begin the 2023 school year during Commencement in week 8 of this term. More details will be released to students later in the term about Commencement and what this looks like for students.

Over the last month, despite there being 2 weeks of school holidays where students were not as easily able to gain values nominations Freeman students received a total of 178 nominations. A special congratulations goes to the following students for their nominations over the last month;

  • Phillip T. (year 7)
  • Tapale A (year 7).

Over the last month, the total Freeman student nomination were;

Freeman Student of the Month:

Nargis Azimi

As the year 12 students finish the last couple of weeks of classes, there is no-one better to celebrate then one of our soon to be graduating year 12s. Nargis has been an exceptional student at Hampton Park Secondary College, displaying the College Values very strongly. Nargis is hard working, positive and a joy to have in the classroom.
