Congratulations to Mathiang for coming second in high jump during divisional athletics. He has been invited to compete at Regional Athletics.

Grades this fortnight are focusing on sportsmanship, team work and personal skill development, including underarm throwing.

Performing Arts

This term during Performing Arts, classes will be exploring dance.  Here are the preps warming up to The Dinosaur Stomp and Superheros.

STEAM

To coincide with National Recycling Week, grade 3 and 4 worked together to order recyclable objects according to how long they take to breakdown if not recycled.  Did you know it takes up to 500 years for a plastic bag to breakdown?  Recycling is something we can all do.

HAVE a look at our new library location. Thank you to Wen and Wei who continue to assist with the shelving of books.

We have a small team of helpers doing a wonderful job, but there are always weekly tasks to be completed.  We welcome family and community members. 

WHEN: After school drop off, or before pick up, for approximately an hour. You can come at any time that suits you. Message a friend to join you, the more the merrier! COME along for a cuppa, catch up and to help us out.
