F/1 News

The F/1 students have had an amazing two weeks of learning. Thank you to all the family members and staff who have helped the students with their learning during this time.

Yesterday the F/1 students participated in an e-safety session with Ollie Online from Inform and Empower. In the session, the students learned about how to be safe online and that it is very important that we do not put any of our personal information online. The students also learned about how we can balance green time and screen time. Some of the green time activities that the students identified that they liked were: basketball, riding bikes, climbing, netball, reading, and cooking.

This week the 2/3 students have done a brilliant job settling back in after all the disruptions of the floods. 

We made a prayer book asking God to look after all the people affected, showing caring for others. 

We consolidated our learning about fractions by building a fraction wall, and enjoyed Bluearth despite the mosquitoes!
