Sacramental Preparation - St John's Catholic Parish

Parents/carers of children from St John’s Catholic Parish, Glenorchy who think their child is ready to prepare for the Sacrament of First Reconciliation, are invited to an information meeting at St John’s Church meeting room (62 Bowden Street, Glenorchy) on Wednesday, September 28 2022 at 7.00 pm. Children need not attend. The Church requires that children have made their First Reconciliation before celebrating the Sacraments of Confirmation and First Communion. Please contact Marie Aitken (0472 545 919) or the Parish Office (6272 6363) for more information.

Moonah Arts Centre

Keep young minds and hands busy during these school holidays at MAC and nurture your child’s creativity and love for performance and visual arts. Our school holiday program is full of fun activities and workshops for kids of all ages and will run from October 4-14. Bookings are required.

The Centre will be putting on two free Family Fun Open Day events, full of creative activities on Thurday October 6 (Chigwell Barn) and Friday October 14 (Moonah Arts Centre).
