Safer Internet Day at SHS
Buddy Time on Safer Internet Day
On Tuesday, the Prep's learnt about the four R's of online safety, being, Respect, Resilience, Responsibility and Reasoning. Their 5/6 buddies then joined them to create a colourful mask to consolidate their learning. The students could choose from the following:
- Terry the Turtle, who reminds us to get back up from tough situations, both online and offline.
- Zara the Zebra, who reminds us to question what is real and what is not, both online and offline.
- Karla & Karly the Koalas, who remind us that it's important to have each others back, both online and offline.
- Rex the Dog, who reminds us to treat ourselves and others with respect, both online and offline.
Year 3/4
Today was Safer Internet Day and the students in Y3/4 were learning how to be safe online, working in small groups to create a poster to show their learning.
