Year 9 Surf Trip

On the 3-5 November Year 9 PASS students travelled to Murramarang Resort at Durras Beach. They participated in surf lessons and surf life saving rescues with boards and rescue tubes. Students enjoyed beach games of Touch, Volleyball and Cricket, as well as beach sprints and beach flags.

With the responsibility of setting up campsite and cooking breakfast and dinner each day, students took the opportunity for a digital detox allowing conversations and engagement to be a priority. They enjoyed the warmer days, and are to be commended as they worked independently as well as working well together in groups.

Thank you to Miss Lumsden, Mr Brooke, Mr Irvine, Mr Bailey and Mrs Baggio for organising and attending the camp.
