OVERDUE BOOKS

If your child had any overdue books from last term and they have not been returned yet could you please remind them to bring them back as soon as possible.

National Simultaneous Storytime

On Wednesday 25th May Kinder, Year 1 and Year 2 will again be participating in the National Simultaneous Storytime.  National Simultaneous Storytime is held annually by the Australian Library and Information Association (ALIA). Every year a picture book, written and illustrated by an Australian author and illustrator, is read simultaneously in libraries, schools, pre-schools, childcare centres, family homes, bookshops and many other places around the country.  Students then participate in classroom activities related to the book.  It aims to promote the value of reading and literacy, using an Australian children's book.  This year's book is Family Tree by Josh Pyke and Ronojoy Ghosh.
