Late Arrivals

REMEMBER: please call the College if your child is absent for any reason. In order to minimize disruption to class and maximize learning opportunities for our students, we would like to remind you of the school policy regarding late arrival to school. Students are expected to be at school at 8:50am.

A warning bell rings at 8:50 am for Home group at 8:55am and class begins punctually at 9:04am. If your child is late for any reason, please notify the school by phone 9365 8000, or your child’s house.

Updating your details

Updating your details is easy. Please notify the General Office of changes in your circumstances as soon as possible. Any changes such as names, addresses, mobile number etc, can be updated on Compass via the office.

2019 Enrolments

For students not returning to KDC next year, please notify the College on 9365 8000 ASAP.

Students who will be on holidays at the beginning of the 2019 also need to inform the College as this information is vital for planning purposes.

Forms for extended absences from school can be picked up from their respective house.

Lost Property

Please ensure all school clothes, books and personal property are clearly labelled with the student's name. Many items are not returned to their rightful owners because they are not labelled correctly or clearly.

USBs should include a folder with the student's name and form to assist in returning it to the correct person. If you are missing items please see the front office or your house.

Second Hand Uniform

If you have any uniform items that your students no longer require, can you please consider donating them to student welfare. You are welcome to drop them in to the front office. If you have any questions, please contact Gina Hill on 9365 8000.
