Titration in Senior Chemistry

The procedure of Titration is a very important component of the Senior Chemistry Course and participation in the Titration Stakes Competition provides a huge advantage to students of chemistry. This year we had three teams (from years 10, 11 and 12) participating in this optional competition. The students volunteered their own time, practicing during lunch and became experts in techniques of the titration procedure.

This year we had all three teams making it through the state competition to compete in the national competition. Earlier this term, teams worked cooperatively and diligently for the three-hour practical session. We recently received the final results so hold tight for the final announcement and presentation of medals.
