Year 12 Students

As you read this article, Year 12 students will be approaching the end of their final exams. By the end of next week, most Year 12 students will have finished their last exam; in other words, they will have completed their schooling!

To these (soon to be former) students, we say thank you for all you have contributed to the life and culture of Aitken College. We also must thank the parents who have sent their children to us to be educated. It has been our pleasure to teach your children and it has been a joy to us to see them grow and develop into the wonderful young men and women they have become.

Upcoming Brookhill Dates

Year 10 and 11 Study Day and Exams: Year 10 and 11 students are not required at school on Thursday 15 November; they should use this day to study for their upcoming exams. Year 10 and 11 Exams run from Friday 16 November to Thursday 22 November. Students have received their individual timetables for the exam period. A master timetable and document explaining exam rules, has also been emailed to all families.

VCE/VCAL Early Commencement Program: All current Year 10 and 11 students will commence their 2019 VCE/VCAL Program on Monday 26 November. The VCEECP will conclude on Friday 7 December. All current Year 10 and 11 students are required at school for this period.

On Tuesday 27 November, all Year 11 students will visit RMIT University, where they will undertake a series of workshops run by University staff. This excursion will inform students about post-school study options and give them hands on experience of post-school University and TAFE study. Students are required to make their own way to and from the University on this day; full details of this will be distributed to families shortly.
