Hi, my name is Demi and welcome to After School Care for 2021 at Sacred Heart Primary School! 

I have been working at this service as a coordinator since the beginning of this year and I have enjoyed it immensely! 

During term two, the students were involved in cooking, art, environmental, sport and science activities. This allowed them to expand their knowledge and skills by having fun in a safe and supportive environment. Along with the relaxation, sensory and art spaces, we also started to grow our very own vegetables in our vegetable patch which turned out great! 

For term three, I have based the activities around student ideas/themes which will run weekly such as our environment, colours, animals, sensory play, healthy cooking, 5 senses as well as important awareness days within the term and more.

I cannot wait to see more fabulous artwork on our Extend wall and our display table, more vegetables growing in our garden and to hear more fantastic ideas for After School Care!
